About Us
Our requirement of steel is for manufacture of LPG cylinders. The required mechanical properties, chemical composition, specifications and dimensions of the steel are as follows:
1. MECHANICAL PROPERTIES:
Fine Grain, Firebox, Deepdrawing quality HR steel having the following main characteristics
Yield strength : 240 N/mm2
Tensile Strength : 360 N/mm2 min – 450 N/mm2 max
Elongation : 30% measured min
2. CHEMICAL COMPOSITION:
Carbon : 0.17 % max
